I've run Surveys – Issue due survey list – Next year – PRINT TO FILE. This procedure did not work and seemed to lock up the program. When I now click on the PM button it brings up four option buttons but the "Complete Planned Maintenance" button is now dimmed and not selectable. I've tried restoring from backup files but it hasn't made any difference, how can I restore the button and run surveys?  |
