Office Systems

An office system is available for each of the programs:

• Office Planned Maintenance for Windows enables ship managers and owners to monitor maintenance status onboard. A data transfer system enables the vessels to transfer their PM database to a floppy disk or attach it to an email message to send ashore where the office system can import the data.
• Office Storekeeper for Windows enables shore management to monitor onboard spares status. Vessels can transmit current inventory status ashore by floppy disk or email attachments on a regular basis.
• Office Purchasing System for Windows is a full purchasing system capable of communicating with individual ships or multiple ships. Vessels can transmit purchase orders ashore by email or floppy disk where the office system can approve or send the requisition for quotation. The office system can then send the requisition back to the vessel as a purchase order once it has been approved, once the vessel receives the goods a GRN (goods received note) is sent back to the office to complete the cycle.
• Office Project Manager is a repository for all your projects compiled by your superintendents and vessels.
  You can receive reports from your superintendents whilst they are in Dry-Dock.
  
• Office Safety Manager for Windows manages your entire organisation Health and Safety Documentation from the Safety Manager. A Default ship can be exported to your entire fleet. Import data transfers from the vessel systems.
• Office Document Manager for Windows manages your fleet's ISM documentation from a single location. Transmits changes to your entire fleet.
  Receives filled in forms from your fleet.
• Office Safety & Document Manager for Windows A combined module that manages your fleet's SMS and ISM documentation from a single location. Transmits changes to your entire fleet. Receives filled in forms from your fleet.
